The Breath Co. is Hungary’s first dedicated alcohol-free mouthwash targeting bad breath (halitosis) — a premium product entering a crowded market dominated by heritage brands and aggressively priced private labels. Carving out space in that landscape required a fundamentally different approach.

The Challenge

The Breath Co. arrived in Hungary with strong brand equity in the US but zero market presence locally. The brief was clear — and ambitious: build the brand from scratch, reach a digitally-native Gen Z audience, and establish credibility with dental professionals simultaneously. Two very different audiences. One coherent strategy.
